Wedding Planner
Budget, guest list, suppliers, timeline and the day-of running order — built around money, people, and who is doing what on the morning.
Guest count first, budget second.
The guest list comes before the budget pages on purpose: the number of guests drives the budget more than any other decision. Every supplier row has a deposit column and a balance-due column, because those are the two dates that get missed.
The day-of running order is written for someone else to hold, so a person who was not at any planning meeting could run the day from it. Undated throughout, so it works at twelve months out or three.
Who it’s for.
For couples planning a wedding themselves, and for the friend or family member helping to run the day.
