Digital Planners
What apps work with your digital planners?
Our digital planners work with any PDF annotation app, including GoodNotes 5, GoodNotes 6, Notability, PDF Expert, Xodo, and any browser-based PDF viewer. They’re also compatible with Kindle Fire and Android tablets running apps that support PDF annotation. We recommend GoodNotes 5 or PDF Expert for the best hyperlink navigation experience.
Do the planners work on Android tablets and Kindle?
Yes — any device that can open and annotate PDF files will work with our planners. The hyperlinked navigation requires a PDF app that supports link tapping (most do). GoodNotes is Apple/iOS only, but Xodo and PDF Expert are available on Android.
Are the planners dated or undated?
Most of our planners are undated, meaning you can start them any time of year and they don’t expire. A few seasonal and academic planners have specific date ranges — this is always clearly noted in the product description.
Templates
What formats do your templates come in?
Most templates are available in Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Excel/Word, and Notion. Some templates include all three formats in one purchase. The available formats are listed on each product page. After purchase, you’ll receive a download link with instructions for accessing each format.
Can I edit and customize the templates?
Yes — all templates are fully editable. You can change colors, fonts, headings, and content to match your preferences and workflow. Google templates can be copied directly to your Drive. Notion templates can be duplicated to your workspace. Excel files can be saved and edited locally.
Orders & Downloads
How do I access my downloads after purchase?
A download link is sent to your email immediately after purchase. Downloads are available for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you lose your download link, contact us and we’ll resend it.
What is your refund policy?
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded due to the nature of digital goods. If you experience a technical issue or receive an incorrect file, contact us within 7 days and we’ll resolve it promptly.
